About Us

Stand With Him was founded by Shahara, a passionate young woman from London, England.
She witnessed her own father face domestic violence and a male friend unfairly treated in the family court system. Two scenarios which often lead to devastating ends. These were the catalysts for her in researching the brutal treatment of men and the horrific statistics surrounding male suicide. She wanted to tackle this and discovered the following areas of primary need for men. They are counselling, coaching and mentoring. This was the birth of Stand With Him. Shahara calls this quiet activism, she has been involved in providing talk therapy and coaching to vulnerable men and focuses on elevating them.

We have prioritised this to be cost free as we believe it is the most important and effective. We will strive to be a place of peace, understanding and comfort. We WANT to help you, and you deserve to see the beauty not only in life but within yourself. Whatever you are going through, you are worth it and we are here to help● Affordable coaching/mentoring
This focuses on bringing out and elevating your masculine qualities. We also want to invest in exploring your talents and interests. Whatever it is, from carpentry, nutrition, fishing, style consulting, mechanics or filmmaking. Literally anything! We will help you make it profitable and enjoy the process!● We also have a telegram group dedicated to our clients and likeminded people. The community is a space of healing, strength, encouragement and continued assistance. There are important daily dicussions, reminders, tips and notifications of our upcoming events such as courses and workshops. Through talk therapy we purely focus on being your listening and understanding ears. We do not provide legal counsel or assistance.

Sessions are run via zoom, you are not obliged to show your face at all. (Think of it as a zoom phone call)
Zoom allows us to connect with clients internationally
